Absolutely. Everything you share in therapy is completely confidential. I follow strict ethical guidelines to protect your privacy. The only exceptions are situations involving immediate safety risks, which I'll explain in our first session.
Yes! Research consistently shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for most concerns. Many clients actually find it more convenient and comfortable to attend from their own space.
This varies for each person. Some concerns can be addressed in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust as needed. There's no pressure to commit to a specific number.
That's completely okay! Many of my clients are first-timers. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and answer any questions you have. There's no pressure — we go at your pace.
